- Where do you hire from ? – Currently, UK, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Other countries are accepted with experience and a verified PayPal account.
- Can I join from any other country? – yes please use the form to register. An email is then sent with an application form.
- Do I have to pay to join ? – No, we do however hold your first 600 messages to cover training costs.
- Is there a minimum for payment ? Yes we require a minimum of 1000 messages per month to qualify for a payout.
- Can I do this on my phone/ipad ? No you cannot. You must work from a computer or laptop with Windows installed.
- Are you busy ? Yes we are.
- How do you train ? We use an app called ‘slack’ to train and communicate.
- I applied and you never invited me to training why ? We do not hire everyone that applies, if we think you will be a good fit in the team then we will be in touch.
- How often do you get paid ? We pay by direct deposit or PayPal, payments are monthly for the previous calendar month worked.
- Is my information held securely ? Yes all documents are securely held and deleted if you choose to leave.
- Is this an APP ? No this is not an APP its all done via web page logins which you MUST work on a laptop/desktop.
- Do you give feedback after an application is submitted? No we do not give individual feedback, if you do ask for it, it will be ignored. Our turnaround for applications is approximately 7 working days not including weekends, If you have not heard from our admin team in that timeframe then you have not made the cut for joining the team.
